If an issue persists, then refer to the Enteral team:

  1. Complete ‘Enteral CNS Referral’ form in patient/resident’s case notes
  2. Notify Enteral Clinical Nurse Specialist by email enteral@rhn.org.uk

Note: Urgent medical problems must be referred to responsible medical team during hours (Monday-Friday 09:00am-05:00pm), or the Clinical Response Service out of hours.
