Our strategy
The path to excellence
The RHN will place patient care at the heart of all we do and be the ‘go to’ place for neuro-disability expertise, making it a place of choice for our patients, prospective staff and referring commissioners.
This strategy focuses on the five years 2022-2027. This has been a collaborative process with trustee workshops. discussions with the executive work carried out by staff at all levels in 2021/22. The trustees adopted the strategy at the board meeting held in October 2022.
