The staff network engages in meaningful conversations on topics that matter, such as women's health, career growth, caring responsibilities, and domestic violence. Mental Health First Aiders
MHFA are RHN staff members specifically trained to help if you are struggling with mental health issues and psychological distress, they are not therapists but can help to signpost you to appropriate support.
