Nurse Lifeline
Offer free, confidential, UK-wide and peer-led support. This service allows you to talk with a nurse or midwife who understands the pressures related to working in the healthcare field. This support is available for nurses, midwives, healthcare support workers, students, associates and the friends and family of such staff.

Bereavement Support
This Helpline is run by trained bereavement volunteers, who offer emotional support to anyone affected by grief.
Giving you space to talk about your feelings and how you’ve been coping. There volunteers are completely non-judgemental and won’t share what you’ve told them with anyone else, unless you are in danger.

Frontline 19
Frontline19 is a free independent, confidential and UK based nationwide service delivering psychological support to people working in NHS and frontline roles. This service provides psychological support by matching you with an experienced therapist for 8 to 12 sessions. They also provide workshops, courses and a hopeline which allows you to call up and listen to your messages of support.
