My Wellbeing Matters Week 2026
Your physical wellbeing matters!
The RHN is a Disability Confident Employer. This means we support staff with long term health conditions and disabilities. We encourage all staff to do the little things every day to take care of your body.
The SiSu Health Station returns allowing you to check and track from BMI Check Machine will be onsite and available 24/7 from Monday 19 to Monday 26 January, so you can continue to measure and track your BMI, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage and more.
Day 1– Tuesday 20 January
Come along to the Physical Wellbeing Roadshow in the Conference Room from 11am to 3.30pm were we be hosting games, challenges, quizzes and giveaways with stalls for you to learn more about:

Men’s Health
Women’s Health
Sleep Hygiene
Oral hygiene
Healthy eating
Disability Confident and Reasonable Adjustments

The RHN is a Mindful Employer. This mean we have made a public declaration of our ambition to support mental wellbeing in the workplace. We understand that work can cause stress and impact our mental wellbeing, that’s why we encourage open and honest conversations about mental health and pro-active self care.
Day 2– Wednesday 21 January
Take a well deserved break and enjoy a range of mindful relaxing activities, join a workshop or have coffee a MHFAider. All events require booking click here to book now.
- 15 minute Chair Massages available from 8.30am -4.30pm in Treatment Room 2
- Collage Club at 11am – 12pm in the Art Room
- Chair yoga for back care at 12.20pm in the De Lancey Lowe
- Guided Meditation from 1.20pm in the De Lancey Lowe
- The Essence of Sound Relaxation from 10am in the Training Hub
- Managing Stress for Mental Wellbeing Workshop at 11am in the Maxwell Library (refreshments included)
- Drumming for Wellness from 11am in the Music Therapy Room
- Mental Wellbeing Lunch & Learn at 1.30pm in the Maxwell Library
- 1-2-1 coffee and a chat with a Mental Health First Aider from 11am
Your financial wellbeing matters!
We understand that financial wellbeing is particularly important now more than ever. We encourage building healthy money habits and putting money away for a rainy day.
Day 3– Thursday 22 January
Come along to the Financial Wellbeing Roadshow from 11am to 3.30pm in the Conference Room where we will be hosting a range of stalls on the following topics:

- Recycled & pre-loved gifts
- Freedom to Speak Up
- Sustainability
- RCN & Unison Unions
- Fresh smoothies
