Individual Performance Review (IPR)
Completing your Individual Performance Review (IPR)
IPRs are an important tool we use to manage your performance, and make sure that you are contributing to the goals of both your team and the RHN as a whole. Your IPR involves assessing your past performance, as well as focusing on future objectives and the resources you might need to achieve them.

New IPR Process
Staff have been divided into two groups, as decided by the Heads of Services and the Executive Team:
- Focal Point IPRs: These occur annually from 1st October to 31st December each year.
If you have not completed an IPR in 2023, it is mandatory to do so by 31st March 2024. You will then need to complete another one during the Focal Point season, from 1st October to 31st December 2024.
- Anniversary IPRs: These are scheduled according to individual start dates.
If your start date falls before 29th Feb 2024, you must complete your IPR before as soon as possible. If your start date is after 1st March you will then be required to do on your anniversary date.

Accessing IPR Resources:
A dedicated page for IPRs has been set up on the Learning Management System (LMS). You can view your due date for your next IPR and find guidance on how to complete an IPR effectively, benefiting both you and your line manager.
You can find it in your list of Mandatory Courses
Line managers only
Once you have completed the document with your direct line reports you will need to upload their completed IPR documentation and mark the IPR as complete on the IPR section of MyDetails
