Individual Performance Review (IPR)

Completing your Individual Performance Review (IPR)

IPRs are an important tool we use to manage your performance, and make sure that you are contributing to the goals of both your team and the RHN as a whole. Your IPR involves assessing your past performance, as well as focusing on future objectives and the resources you might need to achieve them.

Should you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Learning and Organisational Development Department

New IPR Process

Staff have been divided into two groups, as decided by the Heads of Services and the Executive Team:

  • Focal Point IPRs: These occur annually from 1st October to 30th November each year.
  • Anniversary IPRs: These are scheduled according to individual employment start dates.
