Staff Awards 2026

Do you know someone who went out of their way to help during a particularly busy time? Did they accomplish something that helped our patients and residents? The staff awards are a great opportunity to recognise and show appreciation for your brilliant colleagues.

There are nine categories, and you can nominate more than one person for each award as well as nominating more than one person for several awards.

The categories are as follows:

• Newcomer of the year
• Safeguarding champion 
• Unsung hero 
• Super support champion
• Outstanding leadership 
• Excellence in care
• Inspirational team 
• The Gerard Cullen award for Innovation & Research
• Building Our Sustainable Future Award

CEO Paul Allen will also be giving out a Chief Executive’s award to an exceptional staff member of his choosing.
