NEW Forms in PatientSource

• NURSING Daily Progress Note
  Based on feedback from nursing staff the Senior Nurse Team has created a new Nursing Daily Progress Note which has now been added to PatientSouce and can be used to record patients daily care. The original form will continue to be used on JEC and is now Named Vent Unit Nursing Progress Note and Wellesley will continue to use the Wellesley Nusing Progress Note.
• ABCDE Assessment- Deterioration Bundle
  If a patient is found to be deteriorating you can now complete the ABCDE Assessment on PatientSource.

Forms with Changes in PatientSource

• Wellesley Nusing Progress Note
  Additional box to add information on your patients Sleep.
  Further checks to ensure that the Bowel Chart and ABC Charts have been filled in as per CQC requirements.
