New Roster Arrangements

RHN Rostering is via the new Allocate Optima System from 6th October 2025

All logins are RHN email address and RHN password for all users.

Most activity like booking leave etc is via the Allocate Loop system

Roster managers will need to use the core Allocate Optima interface

Clinical managers need ned the Allocate Safe Care system

The older RHN Roster system remains online, but locked for new leave requests until Workday goes live.
