Release Update 0006 – 10 March 2020
There are some great updates coming your way at Midnight on Tuesday 10th of March 2020. The update will take up to one hour to complete.
Here are some things that you might notice when you are using PatientSource:
- There will now be a ‘watermark’ on old forms to show if there is a new updated version of that form. This is to ensure that we are not referencing an out of date form which is especially important for forms such as the Resuscitation Form or the Treatment Escalation Plan.
- Fluid Balance Chart- the glitch that was causing the FBC to render and save incorrectly has now been fixed. This is a temporary fix to allow for getting it out across the RHN but will require further work to optimise the Fluid Balance Chart.
- You will now be able to add a comment to missed drugs.
- There will now be a warning if you write into more than 1 SP02 field (ie. if you type your SP02 observation in scale 1 and 2 you will get a warning and not be allowed to submit as there should only be observation in 1 field). You must still ensure that you are entering into the correct scale but there will be work towards improving this as well.
- The NEWS2 scores will now be visible in the ‘floating top bar’ so you will be able to see the scores anywhere on the page.
