Pre-Admission Information – Update

This is a reminder that all Health Records obtained about a patient or resident prior to their admission should be recorded or stored in the “Referral Management System”.  This is the new equivalent to the previous “Green Patient Folders”.

 

The newest update: All AHPs and staff nurses should now have the ability to add these documents direct to the Referral Management system themselves, where they previously could only view these documents.
